I have quite the timeline set up for myself of what I wanna do in the future.
It is nice having a plan. Slowly but surely I will make my life exactly how I want it.
The building stages are always the hardest, especially when your so far ahead in the game.

I don't know who my enemies are any more.
It's not a case of people betraying me or anything like that.
It's just that I have people who were my enemies and we get caught in a situation in which I have to socialize with them, and suddenly boom, we are friends.
It kinda goes the same way with friends. One minute friend, the next, enemy.
I have had friends go to enemies, enemies go to lovers, lovers go to enemies, and then back to friends again.
Usually my enemy is someone who doesn't agree with me on one thing. We fight about it, enemy made.
I like to try to be on both sides. If ignoring an issue is what that takes then I will usually do so. But others are not so willing to just forget. Constantly shoving the issue between us in my face or behind my back. I don't wanna talk or hear about it. Let's just be friends and tip toe around the lame issues.
Unfortunately, when an issue comes up with a lover, I can't ignore it. I then am the one throwing issues in the face. I think this is a big reason I have relationship/commitment issues. I have issues, because of my issues.
Dating is a battlefield.
Gossip is the weapon.
Lying is a IED.
Everyone is a spy.
Sex is treason.
Relationships are a truce.
Heartbreak is death.
Love is peace.
In the past I have committed a lot of treason.
I was punished by death.
I am trying to be a love activist.
But, under my rules that takes more then just one person.

My mind has been a clusterfuck of thoughts lately. So in an effort to unburden my mind from these thoughts, I think I shall start putting them out in the open and down somewhere. Hopefully in this process I maybe also will increase my creativity a little.
To start:
I dont like being thought of as a bad person, just because I am open about my feelings.
The problem happens when the other person is not open, conflict happens, and suddenly I was not respecting their feelings or I feel that they didn't respect mine by not being open as well.
Let's say two people start dating. Darma realizes that her and Greg arn't working as a couple. It could be due to thousands of different things. Greg doesn't kiss right, Greg wants sex to soon, Greg is pro-life, or Darma just doesnt feel a spark with Greg. Whatever the reason Darma tells Greg truthfully what the reason is and that it would be better if they didn't date anymore.
Greg on the other hand thinks that everything was going great. He is really heart broken. What does Greg do? He lies. He says that it's ok, he feels the same, he gets angry, or the worst situation he says that he would like to remain friends. Greg knows he won't be able to be friends with Darma, but he thinks maybe he can some how convince Darma that he can change her mind, just by hanging out with her. Things get messy. Whether is be that Darma starts dating someone else or they get in to that age old friends with benefits situation, Greg comes out scorned, usually saying that Darma was not being thoughtful of his feelings and is a bad person because of it.
As silly as it is, the Nada Surf song "Popular" as dating pegged. Be open and honest about your feelings. If you are not, then they just bottle up. Then the only way you can stay sain about them is usually by doing exact oppisite of how you actually feel about the person. You feel weak in your moment of emotions and you just make everything worse.

The Baby Aviators will be playing a show at Clancy's in Long Beach this Sunday, May 3rd, with Matt Kollar and the Angry Mob.
On Saturday we will be celebrating Dave's Birthday out on the town at some random hipster bar, I am sure.
Both events are 21+ and free minus booze.

What the hell is going on lately?
First off, Fil, my friend Justine, and me went to Castle and Coasters for fun times and Justine gets a call that her apartment has caught fire.
We rush over to find that every single thing in her apartment is burned up, including her two dogs!
It was the most heart wrenching thing ever to have to see. It was so sad.
Then last night I am at work and this older guy just falls over and starts having a heart attack. So I have to call 911 while his wife is pounding on this chest. He was awake and breathing by the time they came to take him to the hospital but GEEZE!
What the hell is going on?

If I suddenly start talking to you and we havent talked in awhile just assume that I am being friendly and possibly trying to be your friend.
I am all about being upfront with people, since being upfront lately has had alot of good things come my way as of late. Don't assume things about me because of my past, please.
I am a fun loving person that is goofy and just likes to be social.

Sometimes I wonder why it is so hard for you to face your feelings.
You felt one way just a bit ago, but now you suddenly don't? Just like that? I doubt it.
I am glad that I have stayed true and continued to tell you how I feel about things, no matter if they were hurtful to say or not.
The fact that you're hiding from how you actually feel just means, I win.
I have accepted how I feel and I wanna change that. I want to not feel this way. I will get over these feelings long before you do.
I feel sorry for you and your leap frog attempts at trying to feel comfortable with yourself and relationships.
I also feel sorry for your next stepping stone. Learn to fall in the water. Why do you always have to use someone else to stay dry?
